Still hacking at the landscape of next year. Working on the copy for the first thing, which will be released here on day one of 2007.

London has actually managed the impossible, to make me not wince in pain at the thought of Christmas. Maybe it's the thought of heading out to spend Christmas in the countryside with family on Christmas eve.

I am an art vampire. My form is malnourished after pumping my life blood out over the last thirteen months, with little time to take new form's in.

Kaotec Strolls In (intro/bio)

I would like to thank Foolish People for inviting me as a guest writer, I hope you will find my input of interest or at least a curiosity.

A little about myself for those who are curious, I'm a practising Occultist of 23 years experience (or there abouts), I have a background in what used to be called 'Chaos Magic', and specialise in the Dionysian and Neo-Dionysian Mysteries, Enochian Fey Magick (a subset of Chthonic Witchcraft), Ritual Magic, the New Hashashin, Alchemy, Radical Taoism / Taoist Sex Magic, and Gnostic Hermeticism. My main magical influences may be Austin Osman Spare, Crowley to some extent,
and the Magical Surrealists!

I am a founder member of the Dionysian Underground (an occultural network), an associate of KIA, and a Master of the Temple in the Esoteric Order of Dagon, though I dislike joining groups and am more often found working with a small group of close friends. My predominant magical lineage is Romany Sorcery and Templarism (an odd mix I know but you can't pick your ancestors).

Apart from Magic I am very interested in Forteana and Parapsychologyl, recently writing an article for the Fortean Times (hopefully the first of a few).

I'm a qualified Philosopher (still planning my doctrate) and am facinated by the Philosophy of Mind, Psychology and Science (particularly trying to figure out what Quantum Mechanics is all about). I'm trained in Analytical Philosophy but prefer Continental (Nietzsche, Hegel, Post Modernism in particular). I have also experimentally explored Psychedelic avenues. And try to keep my body as fit as my mind (both important for effective Magic I find).

My true devotion is to my Socio-Political (R)evolutionary activism, Sex Pol and Cultural Terraism however, which underpins everything else for me.

Oh yes am also a  very part time professional Astrologer and Psychogeographical Pagan Atheist Tour Guide in London. And a Writer of course....

Despite all of the above my position is actually one of suspended belief/disbelief and multi-perspectivism, though I always take the opposite side in an arguement, even with myself. My 'ultimate truth' is there is no 'absolute truth' though there is a 'Reality' out there which is not just our creation (despite what New Agers may babble on about) which can be best described as the 'Great Mystery', an inconcievable whole which is the foundation of the world and ourselves.

In short I will have a lot to share with those on this Blog and also hope I can learn much from being here.

Meat + Mobile Phones

Whilst wandering my neighborhood I am struck by the fact that mobile communication devices should not be sold in a butchers, don't get me wrong I'm all for diversifying trends and offering customers choice when they spend the pretty paper sigils they have worked and toiled so hard for. I now associate the rotten sweet smell of sticky marrow with nokia.

I had some sea food last night and ended up having an allergic reaction, which is always fun. I had to take an adrenalin shot. I carry an epi pen due to a bad allergic reaction in 2000 when I turned into what can only be described as a puffed up undead Zombie. 

An allregic reaction to something living or once living is due to the fact that you have a connection with that thing. Something deep and unsaid inside you, that makes your flesh hum in unison to the dna of what you ingested or touched. Your skin begins to bubble as your flesh attempts to change into that thing, even if it kills you.

I spent the first eight years of my life allergic to cats. Everytime I touched or stoked a cat my face would swell and I would stop breathing.

Now I have nine cats, spread out amongst my various homes. What doesnt kill you makes you stronger.

miss Lookers adventures

Well hello good people of FP and friends, this is my first post to you all just to keep you updated on my adventures through art and the crazy goings on in the FP! Currently I'm working on another exciting project for Guerrilla Zoo, this is in conjunction with a certain mr Harrigan's writings. If you haven't heard or seen my work i shall give you a little clue into my world! I create digital art, it comprises of individual short films, to backdrops for performances, I like interesting images that arnt always what they seem, to explain better I shall be posting illustrations/digital photo's of mine, also if you check out googlevideo and google Alexa Looker you can also find a piece which was exhibited at Guerrilla Zoo. A little background stuff: I first started working with John a year ago on D.N.O.T.S cycle II and stepped out of the acting circle in April, but still working closely with FP, I will hopefully be returning to the stage for the next cycle or maybe the last, some of you may remember me as the slutty blonde one that appeared in the narratives!Anyway enough of me, I shall keep you updated weekly as I said before of my adventures!

Six Days

The last six days have been busy. Busy in all ways. I'm still recovering today. FP had a fantastic time playing host to Sam Shearon, LadyU, Kato, Mike Bedd and Richard Freeman. These are the key people working so hard to make Dark Nights as good as I know it will be.

Auditions finished yesterday and the people who were successful will be notified tonight.

Oh and I saw my first Ghost on Sunday night and I screamed like a girl.

Brain Sinews

There's no telling how hard each new piece of writing will be. It still shocks me how much it hurts. This one is chewing on the muscles of my heart. I'm fucking bruised,broken and my brain is making strange little straining noise. You can hear the sinews popping in my head.

Someone on UK big brother just inserted a wine bottle in her vagina. Everyone is wearing a fiction suit.

All done. Don't ever say that FP isn't efficient. Had an excellent meeting with some old and new friends.

Should have some official news on the venue we will be working with on DARK NIGHTS OF THE SOUL in the near future.

I'm off to London today with producer lady for some meeting's Re Dark Nights of The Soul. So thank you weather for returning to what resembles an English Summer (although that can change within a few seconds into torrential floods).

I'm just hoping I don't have to deal with any issues on the tube today.
